
1 jigger bourbon
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
Shake ingredients over ice and pour into 10 ounce highball glass; fill with ice and fill up with champagne
French Kiss
1/3 jigger bourbon
1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
1 lump sugar
Champagne (chilled)
Pour bourbon and maraschino into 8-12 ounce brandy snifter; add sugar lump and muddle to dissolve sugar; fill with chilled champagne.
