This Week's Cocktail #1: Rattlesnake

Rattlesnake
2 jiggers blended whiskey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 tablespoon Pernod

Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass; or serve with shaved ice in Old Fashioned glass.

Copperhead
2 jiggers blended whiskey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg white
1/2 jigger Galliano
1 dash orange bitters

Shake well with ice and strain into cocktail glass; or serve with shaved ice in Old Fashioned glass.
